انواع لیمیت سوئیچ

لیمیت سوئیچ چیست؟
در واقع لیمیت سوئیچ یک وسیلۀ مکانیکی است با اتصال فیزیکی، حضور یک شی را آشکار می کند. یک لیمیت سوئیچ معمولاً شامل بدنه و محرک است. بدنه حاوی مدارات الکتریکی برای قطع و یا وصل مدارات دیگر است. با برخورد لیمیت سوئیچ با اجسام، حالت مدارات داخلی بدنه تغییر می کند.
- با توجه به مکان کاربرد، لیمیت سوئیچها، محرک های مختلفی می توانند داشته باشند.
- نوع استاندارد غلطکی برای کارهای چرخشی کاربرد دارد.
- نوع انشعابی یا چنگالی باید به طریق دستی بعد از هر عملکرد به جای اولش برگردد.
محرک های گذرا و دائم
بسیاری از لیمیت سوئیچ ها محرک گذرا دارند یعنی با وجود نیروی خارجی عمل می کنند و با برداشتن نیرو آزاد می شوند. بعضی از لیمیت سوئیچ ها مانند چنگالی با وارد شدن فشار در همان موقعیتی می مانند و تا در جهت مخالف نیرو وراد نشود، آزاد نمی شوند.
بدنۀ لیمیت سوئیچ ها
بدنه لیمیت سوئیچ ها از یک کنتاکت در حالت عادی بسته (NC)، یک کنتاکت در حلت عادی باز (NO)، تشکیل شده اند. فنر Snap ارتباط مستقیم با محرک داشته و باعث عمل کردن کنتاکت ها می گردد. فنر برگشتی، هنگام عدم وجود محرک خارجی، کنتاکت ها را به حالت اول برمی گرداند.
